Abstrakt

Inhibitory konwertazy angiotensyny wciąż są podstawą nowoczesnej farmakoterapii chorób układu sercowo-naczyniowego. W pracy przedstawiono szczególne miejsce, które w tej grupie leków zajmuje ramipryl, oraz podano główne powody, dla których bardzo często stanowi on naturalny wybór w populacji pacjentów z wieloma schorzeniami układu krążenia.
