Stwardnienie rozsiane dotyka głównie kobiet w wieku rozrodczym, co stawia przed zespołami medycznymi wyzwania związane z prowadzeniem ciąży, przygotowaniem do porodu oraz planowaniem aktywności fizycznej. Artykuł przedstawia aktualne wytyczne dotyczące aktywności fizycznej w ciąży zarówno u kobiet zdrowych, jak i chorych na stwardnienie rozsiane, uwzględniając najnowsze badania i zalecenia międzynarodowych towarzystw naukowych.
