Abstract

Multiple sclerosis primarily affects women of reproductive age, posing unique challenges for medical teams in terms of pregnancy management, childbirth preparation, and physical activity planning. This article presents current guidelines on physical activity during pregnancy in both healthy women and those with multiple sclerosis, incorporating the latest research and recommendations from international scientific societies.
