Completing the electronic submission form constitutes an automatic and royalty-free transfer of copyright for the publication and distribution of the submitted material (in all forms and fields of exploitation currently known or developed in the future) to the Publisher; this is a condition for the acceptance of the material for publication.

Authors agree not to publish any data or information presented in their work anywhere or in any language without the prior written consent of the copyright owner, i.e., the Publisher. Authors have the right to publish the prepared manuscript in electronic repositories and academic databases, provided that the final version of the manuscript received from the Publisher is published and that information is provided with the exact URL of the Publisher’s website where the original version is available.

The legal relationship between the Publisher and the author (authors) are governed by Polish law and international conventions in force in the Republic of Poland.
