Abstract

The paper presents some common difficulties that a specialist encounters, when helping patients put on contact lenses. Solutions have been indicated that should enable the specialist take better care of patients with astigmatism. Additionally, a toric lens selection algorithm has been proposed to enable a quick and effective selection of the best available lenses.
