Abstrakt

Presbiopia jest problemem dotykającym zazwyczaj osoby po 40. r.ż. Jest związana z utratą akomodacji, co wtórnie powoduje problem z widzeniem małych rzeczy z bliska. Jest wiele metod korygujących prezbiopię. Każda ma swoje wady i zalety. Artykuł opisuje epidemiologię, patofizjologię, niechirurgiczne i chirurgiczne metody korekcji prezbiopii ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem metod rogówkowych, a także twardówkowych i wewnątrzgałkowych związanych z wymianą soczewki.
