Abstrakt
Infekcje pochwy i sromu (vulvovaginitis) są najczęstszą przyczyną zgłaszania się kobiet po poradę do ginekologa. Wiedza na temat właściwości leków stosowanych w leczeniu zakażeń pochwy i sromu pozwala lekarzowi na dostosowanie schematu terapeutycznego do indywidualnych potrzeb pacjentek. Azotan fentikonazolu jest nowoczesną opcją terapeutyczną w leczeniu infekcji pochwy i sromu. Krótko- i długoterminową efektywność terapeutyczną tego leku potwierdzono w licznych badaniach klinicznych. Dobra tolerancja, wysoka skuteczność i duża akceptacja fentikonazolu przez pacjentki czynią z niego doskonałe narzędzie do leczenia zakażeń pochwy i sromu.
