Abstract

The standard 12 lead ECG is one of the basic parameters witch should be analysed when we suspect the acute myocardial infarction. In the article we present the ECG of 82-yeard-old man with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction of interventricular septum, anterior and lateral walls.
