Abstrakt
Połączenie solifenacyny z tamsulozyną stanowi obiecującą opcję terapeutyczną dla pacjentów z objawami z dolnych dróg moczowych związanymi z łagodnym rozrostem gruczołu krokowego w przypadku współwystępowania nasilonych objawów z fazy gromadzenia lub zespołu nadaktywności pęcherza moczowego. Leczenie skojarzone umożliwia jednoczesne zmniejszenie objawów zarówno w fazie gromadzenia, jak i w fazie wydalania, co jest kluczowe dla poprawy jakości życia pacjentów z łagodnym rozrostem gruczołu krokowego. Dodatkowym atutem jest jednotabletkowa formuła solifenacyny i tamsulozyny, która może zwiększyć compliance pacjentów i skuteczność leczenia.
