Abstrakt

W pracy przedstawiono aktualny stan wiedzy na temat reakcji niepożądanych po zastosowaniu środków kontrastowych; zarówno reakcji nadwrażliwości, jak i toksycznych. Omówiono m.in. obecnie stosowane jodowe środki kontrastowe i preparaty zawierające gadolin. Autorki odwołują się do wielu opublikowanych badań oceniających częstość występowania reakcji niepożądanych po zastosowaniu tych preparatów. Opisany został również obraz kliniczny i zarys patomechanizmu reakcji niepożądanych.
