Patient with heart failure and recurrent hospitalisations in a short period of time Case report
Main Article Content
Abstract
Recurrent hospitalisations due to exacerbations of heart failure are unfavorable prognostic factors. By commissioning a similar approach with the current discharge as with the previous one, we can expect a recurrence of the situation after some time. Therefore the preparation of patient for discharge, after another exacerbation should be an impulse to verify pharmacotherapy and intensify treatment, either by modifying the dosage or appending additional options, for example, ivabradine.
