Abstrakt
W pracy przedstawiono podstawowe zasady leczenia prostych, niepowikłanych infekcji dróg moczowych. Podkreślono ważną rolę i skuteczność terapeutyczną fosfomycyny. Omówiono dwa przypadki kliniczne pokazujące jej prawidłowe zastosowanie. Podkreślono, że różnorodne sytuacje terapeutyczne pozwalają na zastosowanie omawianego antybiotyku.
