Abstrakt

W artykule omówiono najważniejsze zmiany w diagnostyce i leczeniu niewydolności serca wprowadzone w wytycznych Europejskiego Towarzystwa Kardiologicznego z 2016 r. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono inhibitorowi neprylizyny oraz szerszemu stosowaniu iwabradyny.
