Abstrakt

Kardiomiopatia połogowa, zwana inaczej kardiomiopatią w czasie połogu, jest jedną z rzadkich przyczyn niewydolności serca występującą u kobiet pod koniec ciąży lub we wczesnym okresie połogu. W artykule opisano aktualny stan wiedzy na temat kardiomiopatii połogowej, jej epidemiologię, etiologię, czynniki ryzyka, obraz kliniczny, metody rozpoznawania, leczenia i rokowanie.
