Abstract

Automated assessment of ECG recording has been developing since the 60’s it possible to assess many abnormalities, including left ventricular hypertrophy, which is a known cardiovascular risk factor. Despite the enormous interest of many researchers was not a uniform system of assessment of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH), which is reflected in the recommendations of the AHA/ACCF/HRS on the standardization and interpretation of ECG. Taking into account the availability and low cost of these methods, but it is worth to use them in order to increase the detection of LVH.
